Custom painting is done from a photograph of your pet.
This is not a digital painting. I hand-paint each pet :)
After ordering, please send a CLEAR photo of your pet via the website contact form or via email: [email protected] and please include your name in the correspondence.
I painted the pet's head and chest in the same pose as the photo provided. However, I can make minor tweaks such as collars, folded-back ears, etc.

When the painting is finished:
Once finished, I will send you a picture of the painting. Please approve the painting or inform me of any corrections within 24 hours. If I haven't heard after that time frame, I must ship the painting. This is the opportunity for one round of minor revisions. There will be an additional fee for extensive revisions.

Can I return/cancel my order if I don't like the painting?
NO. All sales are final. As stated above, I am confident that you will love your painting or only need minor revisions. I do not accept exchanges or refunds.

This is a custom acrylic pet painting on STRETCHED CANVAS done from a photograph of your pet.
These portraits are painted using a palette knife and a traditional paintbrush which allows the paint to be applied in a thick, glossy manner. This creates a beautiful texture and dancing shadows/highlights.
After placing an order, please send pet reference photos via the website contact form or by email: heidifawnartanddesign@gmail. com and include your name and two colors you would like included in the painting background.
