Watercolor Venue Maps:
Providing prospective clients a comprehensive, beautiful map of your event venue is an excellent way to showcase what your space has to offer. Think of it as a second business card, but more detailed.
I can provide you with a one-of-a-kind watercolor venue map to make it happen! I hand-paint an aerial view of your property and convert it to a digital file, complete with labeling and your venue’s logo and contact information. Depending on what package you purchase, I can hand-paint specific amenities/details of your property to showcase on your map as well!

The Process:
Step 1: I work from photographs and aerial maps of your venue to create the watercolor painting of your property and/or additional amenities that you would like to showcase.
Please note: Aerial property maps can usually be found on Google Earth or public records. If aerial view is not up-to-date/available, client must provide drone footage for me to go by. Client must also provide any necessary photographs.
Step 2: I scan my original watercolor painting onto my computer.
Step 3: I use digital design software to label your venue map and/or the additional amenities that you would like to showcase.
Step 4: I use digital design software to add your venue’s logo and contact information to the map (For logo, please provide me with a PNG file with transparent background or an EPS file).
Step 5: I send you the print-ready, digital files of your labeled venue map (File types: JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS).
Please note: I DO NOT print the maps. The packages below are for digital, print-ready files of venue map. Clients can either print maps on their own home printer using the files that I provide or clients can upload the files to an online or local print shop for printing of maps.
